Job Description

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
    • Logistics Management: Manage and optimize the logistics and supply chain processes for importing and exporting goods.
    • Vendor and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Documentation: Prepare and review all import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
    • Customs Clearance: Oversee customs clearance processes, resolve any issues with customs authorities, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate tracking of imported and exported goods.
    • Cost Management: Monitor and control costs related to import and export operations, including shipping fees, tariffs, and duties.
    • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in documentation.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on import and export activities, performance metrics, and cost analysis to senior management.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of import and export operations.
