Job Description

    Role & responsibilities:Pre-joining and post-joining formalities - Salary Negotiation, Offer, reference Check, candidate connect, onboarding/induction, and signing an employment contract.Monitor internal HR systems and databases.Manage the entire employee life cycle - Enhancing workforce retention, probation assessment, confirmation, PDP & PIP, managing disciplinary actions and termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Implement company policies- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.Monitor key HR metrics - detailed reports on HR Matrix - Manpower, Employee Attrition.Address employee queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.Provide a hands-on approach to monitoring employee motivation to ensure a high level of employee engagementSpearhead employee engagement activitiesProvide administrative support in the companys day-to-day operationsServe as the lead point of contact for things related to administrative and human resources inquiries of IN team members.Ensuring monthly compliance (Internal Audit & statutory except -Payroll).
