Job Description

    Mule ESB, Web Services- Rest, SOAP. JOB DESCRIPTION : Roles & Responsibilities : - You will have full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects in integration landscape - Analyze, track and resolve Monitoring Alerts for Integrations - Test, maintain and monitor iConsole Integrations that provide functionality to interface with customer ERP systems - Support Production Integration issues - Troubleshoot and determine root cause for Integrations related customer issues thereby providing timely resolutions in customer environments - Create, update and maintain a knowledge base (knowledge articles) for faster resolution times on known issues - Validate integrations on customer environments subsequent to new releases, upgrades and maintenance activities - Maintain integration documentation and keeping them up to date - Assist in designing and developing integrations with client ERP systems - Define goals of integration monitoring procedures and devise diagrammatic representations to describe their logical flow - Develop, document and revise monitoring procedures, then test and deploy them as per changing customer needs - Perform Integrations Monitoring and automate integration validations during and after maintenance and release cycles - Participate in discussions/knowledge sharing sessions on Zycus Integrations with team members during inductions, new feature roll-outs, and solving customer issues - Help team resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues - Need to learn and practice agile methodologies Leadership Abilities : - Has proven ability to lead a team of 4-8 members - Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants that will work on multiple support projects - Motivate your team through performance coaching, career planning and setting objectives - Build next level managers - Ensure proper resource utilization and planning - Monitor individual employees- performance - Optimize & effectively manage resources and time of fellow team members - Identify, track and mitigate risks to Integrations - Should not hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of the Company EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate SHIFTS : 24X7 Required Candidate profile JOB REQUIREMENTS : - Need to know industry standards and frameworks in market and should be able to analyze the same for Zycuss needs - Should have an excellent understanding of the product features and its technology platform to assemble a Business Solution - Should be comfortable working in a Support role - 4-7 years of relevant experience - Good Communication skills - Should be well versed with Integration techniques - Excellent in Java - Frameworks knowledge will be advantageous Please add the following to your searches as well.
