Job Description

    below JD ,Location : HOGrade : DMPosition Summary:Business Analyst with General Insurance (Motor Insurance Module) domain for audit related activitiesDuties and Responsibilities:
    • The position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and must be a self-starter
    • Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are needed for day today work
    • Pre audit and post audit preparation
    • To be a part of discussions with audit teams and stakeholders
    • Handling items to closure and scope finalization
    • Follow up with internal teams and related stakeholders
    • Track of end-to-end deployments and finding exceptions post deployments
    • Provide support to cross-functional teams in getting the work completed within timelines
    • Decisions are expected to be made independently with minimal oversight and a high degree of accuracy
    • Explore new tools and techniques which can help minimize work efforts and streamline the processes
    • Work with data to understand patterns and anti-patterns to determine exceptions
    Experience and competencies:
    • Exposure to audit related activities
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex decisions with little to no guidance
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse problems logically
    • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfil department standards for time spent
    • Excellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations about performance and individual contribution
    • Have a good understanding of Insurance, products, and processes
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns
    Skills competencies:
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel (expert level), PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Hands on experience in analysing data sets, trend analysis
    • Ability to interpret data and organize information
    • Basic understanding of SQL database
