  2. Track record of technical leadership, mentoring and managing engineers
  3. Ability to collaborate with other technical leaders globally and being to impact and influence decisions
  4. Great engineer with multiple of the following skills (or equivalent):
    1. Extensive Java programming language experience
    2. Extensive experience with web technologies and architecture: Specifically, micro-services, distributed cloud services, distributed data, caching, Restful APIs, GraphQL, etc.
    3. You understand the importance of tests and CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Creativity and willingness to take risks
  6. You thrive in a fast-paced environment (think startup)
  7. Experience with building scalable, SaaS technologies
  8. You have worked in the cloud, especially Azure or AWS
  9. You have an inherent understanding of technologies and how to apply them
  10. You keep up with technology trends because they interest you
  11. You are a doer
