This person assumes a global role encompassing Vodafone entities/local markets across geographies and across multiple delivery centres. Key purpose of the role is to assume overall/end-to-end accountability of the Hub/Spoke/Region/Site vis- -vis: 1. SSC Penetration: Work with Head of Finance Operations across local markets/Vodafone entities within the Hub to increase penetration of theirprocesses/activities into the shared services. 2. Migration Planning: Accountable for due diligence in collaboration with the local markets to identify candidate processes which are fit for offshoring, actively drive solutioning/transformation and plan migration of activities 3. Service Transitions: Ensure transition of activities inline with the transition methodology and meet targets with regards to scope, schedule, resource, cost and Quality 4. Stabilization and Handover: Accountable for stabilizing the process by ensuring minimal or no disruption to the services provided offshore, meet the project deliverables predefined in the form of exit criteria and successfully handover the migrated processes to Service Delivery as Business as Usual 5. Controls, Compliance and Governance: Ensure projects meet the compliance requirements during the migration/stabilization phase, all controls are operating effectively and project governance is in place and effective. 6.People Management: Build, develop, inspire, motivate, direct and performance management of a group of experienced project managers. 7. Stakeholder/Relationship Management: Be the escalation point for any issues relating to delivery of the projects in scope. Align on project expectations and deliverables. 8. Accountable for the SSO workstream for Global EVO implementation projects as per the Hub and Spoke model 1. Delivery of planned migrations and meet targets pertaining to a. Timelines b. Cost/budgets c. Scope d. Quality 2. Conduct Due diligence and develop/own Migrations Roadmap/Pipe for the Hub/Site- FTE plan for the financial year/rolling 3. Ensure transitions are being executed as per the Transition Methodology- Transition audits and findings 4. Ensure seamless stabilization and handover to BaU- Health Checks and Exit criteria 5. Partner/Local market engagement/feedback- achieve Partner Survey Target Score 6. People Management- achieve Vodafone People Survey Target score - Due diligence and Solutioning - Migration Planning - Project Management - Program and Change Management - People Management - Process Improvement - Relationship & Stakeholder Management - Communication, negotiation, Influencing, *Graduate/B.Com/Project Management
