Job Description

    Must-HaveSupport Skills:
    • Managing Incident and Service Request raised by Business and IT Team
    • Response and resolution as per SLA
    • Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
    • Discussion with users for explaining the solution and configuration changes
    • Closing the incident with observations and findings
    • Performing Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents
    • Problem Management to prevent recurring issues and improving service quality
    • Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
    • Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.
    • Knowledge of SDLC Processes, Agile & Project Implementation Life cycles
    • Open for travel (Domestic & International)
    • Open for working Onsite at Customer location
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English
    • Positive attitude & Team player
    Good-to-Have:
    • Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Management
    • Experience of Implementing Infor M3 (2-3 Implementation cycle)
    M3 Functional Finance Module Expertise:
    • Master Setups, Key Parameter Configurations as per Customers business
    • Accounts Receivables Accounts Payables
    • General Ledger (Standard Chart of Accounts, Journal, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet)
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash Flow and Cash Management
    • Costing & Budgeting Project Accounting
    • Financial Reporting (IFRS, GAAP)
