Desired profile Qualifications : Any Graduate
Experience : 2 to 4 years Language : English Hindi Other skills Analyze logistical problems and recommend practical solutions Proficient in Excel and MS-Office Upkeep of inventory including hygienic standards, goods labeling and maintenance of records.
Ensure hygiene of warehouse with proper storage of stocks in order to ensure compliance with safety regulation. Verify inventory computation by comparing them with physical stock. Investigate discrepancies and adjust errors. Supervise and maintain inward and outward books.
Maintain inventory records and prepare reports and lists on prices, shortage shipment expenditures and stock used/issued.
Ensure that goods are properly registered when received and issued. Checking invoices from the freight forwarders/courier agents and ensuring timely payment Prepare, plan and control activities in the warehouse as per SOP for all clients Report involving dispatch and tracking of each consignment till delivery at customer place Preparing reconciling reports including Inventory (Physical vs SAP ), Damaged stock etc.
Negotiates rates with the transporters agencies to improve productivity (TAT ) Logistics vendor development (Transporters and Packing material) management Coordination with intra / inter department for Insurance matters All other SOM related work assigned by Reporting Manager Directly reporting to Senior Executive SCM.
Operational relationships mainly with Finance Accounting, IT and Administration Departments.
