Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze raw materials, finished product by microbiological method
Monitor microbial load of water (potable water, purified water etc.) take corrective action in case results are beyond the specified limits
Carry out area qualification tests of critical areas
Prepare SOP of microbiological tests methods
Recommend release / approval / rejection of raw material, finished product with respect to microbial finding
Assist in evaluating adequacy of the condition under which raw material, semi-finished product finished product are stored
Evaluate quality stability with respect to microbial contamination of finished product / raw material / semi-finished product
Recommend approving / rejecting the procedure / specification impacting the quality of the product with respect to microbial contamination
Recommend for revision of necessary control procedure specification
Assist while reviewing complaints, recalls, returned good during investigation relating to microbial aspects
Check periodical validation of AHU system
