* Work on complete lifecycle of Ultrasonic Flow Meter products Engineering Design & Development to meet the industry codes & standards for quality, performance and functional requirements. Representative Duties: Mechanical design and support for Gas and Liquid Ultrasonic meters o Design of Line size extensions o Design of test fixtures for research and prototyping o Support of product configurators o Support transfer of new designs to production o Perform Engineering Calculations per industry design codes including piping standards, safety standards, and government standards like ASME, UL, IEC & ATEX.(Including national and international standards) Creation, checking and releasing new part numbers in Enovia Bill of Specification and Bill of Material creation Work closely with Daniel Engineering Manager in Houston & Engineering Group at EICP , * Requirements: Technical skills: Proficient in 3D modeling, 2D drafting and Assembly in Unigraphics NX and SolidWorks Good knowledge of Drafting standards, Part & Assembly Modeling Practices Good application Knowledge of Tolerance Stack up & Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T) Knowledge of Material specifications, design standards for Casting, Forged Parts & Assemblies Understanding of Manufacturing process of Metal Parts Knowledge of Welding standards and application for design of cast and forged parts Understanding of applying machining tolerances for cast & forged parts Perform Engineering Calculations to verify the design Knowledge of Creation and releasing new part numbers in Oracle or any ERP system Knowledge of Bill of Material and Bill of Specification creation Other required skills: Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a global engineering team Foster and maintain positive relationships with local and global team members. Should be willing to work at various time zones of customers & also willing to travel to the US on a short-term (30 days or less) basis. Experience and Education: Bachelor s in mechanical engineering (similar or higher) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Engineering Design of Products to Oil & Gas Market
