Roles and Responsibility : Execute homologation of 2, 3 & 4 wheelers for domestic and export models Sound knowledge of CMVR rules and European regulations Knowledge of entire homologation process of vehicle and component type approval as well as COP (Conformity of Production) Ability to prepare homologation documentation of domestic and export homologation, identify tests required based on WCC (Worst case criteria). Technical/Function Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, automobile systems/parts and functioning. Good knowledge of homologation testing engine & vehicle. Ability to organize testing in co-ordination with test agencies. Analytical ability to calculate WCC. Knowledge of test facilities, test equipment & instrumentation necessary for homologation testing Good communication skill Ability to drive 2, 3 and 4 wheeler with valid driving license would be added advantage Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, automobile systems/parts and functioning. Good knowledge of homologation testing engine & vehicle. Ability to organize testing in co-ordination with test agencies.
