Job Description

  • Drive and manage centralized function for Rating & Billing systems operat ions for all 23 GSM circles and enterprise having capability of processing dail y over 750M CDRs, over 88 monthly bill cycles generating monthly revenue over 7 Bn INR from over 11M active & suspended post-paid customers across all GSM & en terprise business.
  • Ensure processing of 99.9999% usage records receivedfrom MSC, EMM and VAS vendors on an hourly basis and billing those with 99.999% acc uracy on monthly basis to these end subscribers to ensure revenue generation.
  • Ensuring the billing system availability at 99.95% for about 4500 business us ers and the end subscribers.
  • Establish strong and fail-proof production man agement processes, standards, quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria with key IT vendors like IBM, ATOS, Amdocs and others
  • Implement quality checks/gat es to ensure fast-response, high availability, disaster proof and high performi ng scalable production environment
  • Strong knowledge of telecom domain, e2e business flows involved in Rating & Billing, with very good understanding of telecom product configuration & bui lding blocks of product offering
  • Ability & experience in managing telecombusiness demands and production support to ensure error free operations support
  • Also to coordinate and manage effectively with multiple technical, Ops and outs ourcing teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along withgood soft skills, interpersonal skills, networking skills, team building and motivational skills.
  • Wide exposure to incident & problem management, Analytical ab ility towards production issues and root cause resolution for smooth and stable production system

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Engineering/Application from renownedUniversity
  • Preferably certified in ITIL
