Job Description

Designation: Dispatch Executive 1-3yr exp,PuneLocation: PuneSalary: 1.5L - 2.4L PAExperience: 1-3yrJob Description:

Handle Dispatch ,Stores & Logistic Activity.

Making Dispatch plan in co-ordination with Sales and production.

Preparing GST Tax Invoices, Delivery challan, E-Way bill, Stock Transfer Note, declaration of finished goods, GRN & preparing the dispatch as per check list

Maintaining Batch wise Dispatch Records.

Arrange transportation for dispatch & follow up for the destination.

Information to the customers for the delivery and LR.

Transport bills approval note preparation.

Handle day to day activities of Logistics,

Can control and monitor dispatch activities effectively. (i.e. timely deliver the goods to customers)

Maintain materials properly and can issue good as per invoice.

Responsible to maintain minimum stock level for all finished goods and when it reached minimum level inform to production department for planning.

Responsible to monitoring delivery trucks movements.
