Responsibilities Should work seamlessly with offshore/onshore teamsthere by working on proactive/reactive issues in the systems. Will be involved in Stakeholder Management. Will be carrying out Troubleshooting. Will provide support on day to day/ad-hoc activities. Will analyse day to day issues, there by suggesting long term fixes. Will report on his/her jobs or daily tasks in a consistent, systematic and time boxed manner. Will be handling day to day assigned tasks. Will be responsible for ticket resolution and cooperation with internal users and next level teams Must Have : Windows Operations Web logic Apache Tomcat Java Servlet Unix,SQL Remedy, Jira, UrbanCode, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) stack More than 4 years of experience in above areas.
