Job Description

Deputy Manager - Stores Machinery Spares Business Unit/Division AD Reports To HeadMaintenance Place of Posting Chakan Purpose/ Objective To supply spares for machinery to maintain uptime for production Delieverables/ KRAs of the role holder Maintain Inward and Outward Records of Spares, Consumables etc.

  • Maintain Inventory of Stock & Tally on monthly Basis
  • Capable of developing external providers & Independent Charge
  • Maintain min/max spares requirement
  • Ordering for spares as per requirement
  • Stringent inventory control and spare part management
  • Cost reduction in Tool management Responsibilities/ Major Tasks/ Major Activities of the role holder Review previous days performance and set Daily management targets.
  • Plan and execute Capital & Revenue budget and cost control
  • Allocate tasks and resolve teams concern through daily work management.
  • Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan.
  • Maintenance and calibration of Spare Machines and Equipment
  • Energy conservation
  • Tools & equipment Management
  • Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in Machinary life enhancement. Job Requirements Experience 4-7 years Industry Preferred Automobile Qualification B.E Mechanical Behavioural Competencies Competencies Result orientation with execution excellence

  • Knowledge of Analytical tools and problem solving techniques.
  • Working knowledge of maintaining Tools like Allen Keys, Dowel Pullers, Drills, Reamers, Hand Grinders and Welding & Drilling machines.
  • Proficient in working with MS-Office suite of programs. Personality Traits Traits Ability to Plan in advance
