Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.
DMU and gap study with Surrounding related parts.
Good knowledge of Plastic part design.
Good knowledge of plastic material selection
Good knowledge of moulding Technologies
Packaging study of new features.
Good knowledge of stack up analysis.
Good knowledge of DFMEA.
Knowledge and checking of basic vehicle regulations.
Good knowledge of DFM & DFA.
Good knowledge of GD&T.
Facilitating development of concept parts/ modifications of existing components and generating samples for new technology, VAVE.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

- 2-Wheeler vehicle systems design.
- Expertise in Plastic Part design & development.
- UG-NX, Catia, Team center, 3D/2D model development
- NPD process.
