Urgently looking for Fresher Graduate candidates for Customer Support Executive role for Pune & Bangalore (Btech/BE Candidates not applicable for this position)Key responsibilities:Fluent and Good / Great command on Written EnglishVersant score 0f 55 + at hiring stageTyping speed of 35- 40 wpm with accuracy of 93% +Weekend + 24 / 7 shift model + split weekly off working moduleShould be able to deliver 8 hours of productive login hours daily with 3 chat concurrencyGood Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills is a mustMust have basic skills with the usage of MS word and MS excelMust be able to handle stress and work under pressure of SLAsPre-requisites:Candidate must be an Indian citizen and above 18 years of ageCandidates should not have any backlogs for participating in the hiring processCandidate needs to possess good communication skillsCandidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any of the mentioned Client operating locationsCandidate needs to be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.Qualifications & Experience:BSc, B.
