Consultant I - AssetWise Location: Mumbai/Pune Office Position Summary: Are you ready to start a new journey with a team of energized professionals advancing and connecting the world s infrastructure Cohesive is looking for you! We are looking for a Consultant reporting directly to the Services Manager to manage Bentley AssetWise product implementations in projects worldwide. This position is responsible for configuration, development, customisation and support Bentley s AssetWise ALIM and other products for our users Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for implementing and supporting, Asset Lifecycle Information Management (ALIM) and other Bentley AssetWise Products in Cohesive Projects.
• Involve in design and implementation of enterprise Solutions using Waterfall/ agile methodology.
• Ensure product installation and server configuration meet project and customer requirements and document system configurations
• Assess and validate migration scripts for customer data into product platform
• Work closely with customers to assist in resolving product and configuration issues
• Ensure prompt response to customers and resolution of technical issues
• Clearly and concisely communicate status updates and issue resolution to customers
• Document product bugs and enhancement requests
• Maintain and expand working knowledge of AssetWise software
• Provide customer training
• Perform following tasks:
  • • Server installations
    • Design, develop, and test custom deliverables, such as migration scripts, integrations, plugins, etc.
    • Customization using programming scripts
    • Development of custom dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), PowerBI reporting technologies
    • Development of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages
• Though this is an individual contributor role the candidate is expected to connect with multiple stakeholders to understand and convey concisely during the project execution. Preparing and executing presentations to high level user management while duly representing the Cohesive position is a requirement of this position.
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, based in Mumbai/ Pune office.
• This role require communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
• Travel expected to be 25% to Client locations during project implementations
What You Bring to The Team / Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting. Experience in Bentley AssetWise Product is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in 5D BIM, Connected Data Environment projects is a plus
• Ability to multi-task solution design and deployment, support and on-going maintenance projects and meet deadlines in a complex and dynamic environment
