That s BMC.If you are excited about Professional Services Team in Consulting Services, this could be for you!A BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant at BMC Software should:Liaison with customer to understand the scope and owns all aspects of technical planningContributes to, and owns as appropriate, the analysis process and documentation deliverables including workshop facilitation and Gap AnalysisCreates solution design document with sufficient detail and manages design within the scope of the SOW and project goalsOwns all assigned areas of the build phase.
