Job OverviewKey Responsibilities Assist in Monitoring shareholding positions of Credit Suisse Group entities (Group)Assist in Preparing and disclosing the Group s substantial shareholding interest s, short sell positions reports and takeover deals through timely notification made to relevant authorities/IssuersCo-ordinate with local compliance officer, on changes of regulatory requirements on position holding limit is and disclosure requirements from regulatorsSupport On-going maintenance and improvementsuggestion of the internal systems and workflowsAssist approval process on trading of stocks placed in the Groups restricted list due to position holdings limitsAssist the Group on Shareholding Position limit related issuesCo-ordinate with local compliance officers and /or legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsOverview of the department / team (team size, backgrounds, personalities ): Suggestion: One of the key areas candidates are interested to hear about is the size and structure of the existing team, as their team will be their most frequent interfaceCandidate will be part of APAC RSR Position Surveillance team, which is a 3 FTE team. Candidate will closely work with team to ensure smooth business support.Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role: Suggestion: Adding information about the most important challenges the Contractor will face in this role will help the agency ensure they select the most suited candidates, those who can overcome these challengesCredit Suisse has to submit regulatory reports, which is time sensitive in nature, each jurisdictions has its own delivery time and agreement with external regulators. Candidate will be responsible for delivery of daily reports with in time with accuracy.Essentials Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of regulatory share reporting such substantial share reporting , short sell reporting and takeover panel reporting- Solid knowledge of financial market and instruments such derivatives (Option and Futures), fixed income products ,equities, collar options- Willing to learn and keen to work for Compliance field.- IT / Compliance and/or Middle Office experience preferred.- Solid knowledge on excel functions, including macro.- Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion.Desired Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of regulatory share reporting such substantial share reporting , short sell reporting and takeover panel reporting- Solid knowledge of financial market and instruments such derivatives (Option and Futures), fixed income products ,equities, collar options- Willing to learn and keen to work for Compliance field.,
