Vast AWS experience - cloud native application development and cloud migration, operationalizing AWS environment; cost optimization, well-architected framework, security best practices, application modernization Deep understanding of enterprise architecture - strong background with service-oriented architecture, building scalable, reliable systems. Knowledge of all components of application design in a high-volume, high-availability environment Minimum or about 10+ years of related experience in Java/ J2EE enterprise systems (preferred vast exposure) Experience with modern containerization systems - Docker, Kubernetes, cluster management Strong understanding of databases - Relational, non-relational Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and concepts Direct experience executing successful business transformation projects with measurable results Technical delivery, team leadership, and senior client relationship management It would be a plus to have

Experience in multiple programming languages: Go, Python, etc. Understanding of Web security and compliance experience (e.g., Firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, DOS prevention, and PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, etc.) Understanding of Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, load balancing, HTTP caching, clustering, VPN, etc.) Exposure to Data Solutions. Role & Responsibilities:

Cloud Services:

Enable AWS cloud journey, gather requirements, analyze TCO and create a business case, make the Cloud dream become reality. Assess the customer cloud maturity, review existing AWS cloud implementations, identify gaps and suggest improvements. Create a unified strategy for AWS cloud transformation governance, automation, security, implementation, and operations. Design AWS architecture to enable cloud migration programs, analyze the existing application and IT services portfolios, develop assets migration, transformation, and automation approach, craft implementation roadmaps. Day-to-day lead the customer through the technical and organizational challenges of Cloud and DevOps transformation. Serve as an AWS evangelist, consult and provide technical guidance on AWS design, governance, performance, scalability, security, operations, and cost control best practices. Write formal project proposals that capture the customer s requirements, propose adequate solutions that meet their business and technical objectives, and estimate the effort required to execute projects aimed at specific goals and target outcomes. Become a thought leader by educating and sharing best practices, building deep relationships with technical leaders, running customer workshops, contributing to publications, white papers, conferences, etc. Help Sales and Marketing efforts for creating collaterals, client meetings, creating proposals/ RFPs, and such. Cloud Practice/ Evangelism

Influence and lead other product and engineering teams via quality of ideas, code, and communication as a domain expert. Mentor engineers as needed. Help simplify processes, increase developer productivity. Drive content strategy for AWS Evangelism & thought leadership: Write blogs, white papers, webinars, case studies, videos, and demonstrate domain expertise for internal/external publication. Be a POC for AWS partnership as and when required. Helping developers by promoting community learning, Create developer assets like technical how-to blogs, coding samples, short videos, API documents, reference architectures. Build a community of Cloud engineers; Build and maintain a knowledge center Education:

BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute. Should have a social presence - blogs, GitHub, meetups/ conferences/ etc. Any recent certificate from AWS would be a plus
