We are looking for Manager - Civil Engineering for one of leading Automotive Group with experience of Manufacturing Industry handling Plant Civil Infra in Automotive Company at Chakan, Pune Location.Position: Manager - Civil EngineeringLocation: Chakan, PuneQualification: Diploma/ B.E / B.TechExperience: 8 YearsRole & Responsibility:Understanding the user requirements or manufacturing process requirementsPreparation of basic layouts in CAD / sketchesPreparation of budgetary estimates, BOQs, benchmarking etcPreparation of approval notes, justificationMonitoring budgets & preparation of MISPreparation of commitments & cashflow statementsPreparation of PRs, PO in SAP & draftting of standard terms & conditions for contractsEnsuring correction of documents like daily work permits, JSAConstruction supervision & expediting activitiesEnsuring construction safety during execcutionEnsuring quality checks & quality on site during executionOn site measurement checking & certificationEnsuring Correctness of bills & supporting documents submitted by vendorsPreparation of payment memos & other relevant documents required for closureComplete buyoff & handiing over of the activities as per standard terms & conditionsEnsuring proper documentation & record keepingKnowledge & work experience is manufacturing processes like Body shops, Assembly Shops, Paint Shops etcSound knowledge about infra like plant roads, parking areas, drains, sewerlines, plumbing & toilet blocks etcHandled critical requirements of manufacturing plants like roof water proofing, process superstructures, utility support structure etcSkillSincere and hard workingGood logical thinking abilityGood Analytical skillsExcellent co-oridination skills & handling end to end activitiesShould understand interfaces for processes, services, equipmentsPreparation of basic engineering drawings, sketchesPreparation fo estimations & BOQ, drafting item specificationsBill certifications & measurement checkingWorked on MM module of SAP (Creation of PR, POs)Why should you consider this opportunityOpportunity to work with highly passionate people with excellentworking environment.
