Will be responsible for handling Proof of Export documents verification, document scrutiny, set making, and further submission to Excise department. Communication with Forwarders with respect to POE. Should be able to assist in resolving port documentation matters with CHA/ Forwarders. Conducting review with Excise Team. Will be process owner for Proof of Export Process and documentation. Export Bill checking, Service Purchase Order generation and processing for approval. Monthly bill file maintaining and provision to accounts. Export details update (Export Management System). Final document update to customer with shipment updates for Samples. Interaction with Plant. Courier details for commercial documents. Maintaining document MIS and Lead Time. Shipment planning support process by coordinating with Customers/ forwarders. End to end production co- ordination with factory.
