Job Description

Branch Sales Manager (Pune).Experience required: 12 yearsJob Location: Pune.CTC: As per industry standards.- Candidates from IT Hardware sales only apply- Will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales and marketing, establishing and maintaining client relationships, managing and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.. Job description:. Developing and managing New, existing customer accounts across segments in the assigned region (Corporate & Channel business)- Proven branch management experience as a Branch Manager or similar role- Handling all sales activities including branding, Promotion, Channel Partners, Corporate Sales for this entire region. Responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets for the branch.. Coordinating with Dealers & SI Partners to generate sales in entire region.- Should be able to handle the branch as independent Profit center.. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Developing and implementing sales strategies. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Handling all departments in branch office. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Should be able to forecast monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Maximizing the profit in assigned Region / Territory. Should have good existing client relationships in the market..
