Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Trainer who is proficient in delivering both theoretical and practical training on bodyshop equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bodyshop tools and machinery, possess OEM training expertise, and be open to frequent travel between multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver theoretical and practical training on bodyshop equipment.
• past experience in training sessions to ensure the highest level of service and technical proficiency.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and workshops on the latest techniques and equipment used in vehicle body repair.
• Ensure that all trainees are proficient in the safe and efficient use of bodyshop equipment.
• Collaborate with bodyshop managers and teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in bodyshop technology and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bodyshop equipment training, with hands-on experience in bodyshop environments.
• Training Experience: Must have conducted training sessions and be familiar with their standards.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of bodyshop equipment, including frame machines, welders, dent pullers, and other repair tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
