Exercise overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Programme/project to plan, agreed quality and governance standards.Define CDO Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) plan, coordinate the execution of tests across Barclays International (BI) organization nodes, and work with Group Data Assurance function.Maintain detailed CDO delivery plan with defined milestones across the data standards and dependencies across in-scope projects and initiatives (e.g. BICEP, SIP, BCBS239 etc.)Own and drive the Project planning framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards are integrated effectively across all work streams, are unambiguous and achievable, and dependencies are clearly understood and managed.Own and drive the effective governance of the Project, via the Project Management Office, ensuring that Bank technical, risk and other standards and compliance requirements are met and that the Project governance framework is comprehensively defined and firmly embedded across all areas of the Project.Produce management information reporting including but not limited to medium-term CDO roadmap, bi-weekly progress dashboard and monthly commitment MIEngage key areas across the business and drive work streams to successful deliveryControl the Project scope, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised.Ensure that all Project status reporting is accurate, informative and timely, and directly provide progress reportsEscalate for management intervention wherever gaps in the Programme/Project are identified or issues arise.Provide input and guidance on data management standards to strategic programmes, track dependencies and identify opportunities for synergyBusiness Data Partner 30%Build and leverage strong relationships with Cards and Payments business stakeholders, developing data and business knowledge to function as a Business Data Partner in delivery of C&P GDMS book of workOwn key change projects within the book of work for BI C&P CDOWhat we re looking for:Hands-on experience in managing concurrent deliverables with the ability to identify risk and escalate issues as neededExperience in co-ordination across multiple functional teamsExperience in Data Governance and Management practicesUnderstanding of Operational Risk, Audit & Regulatory Commitment management processBroad financial services experienceSelf driven and motivated with meticulous organization skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, organizational and execution skillsStrong communication skillsAttention to detailStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong delivery focusProject management tools and techniques (e.g. MS Project)Illustrative tools (e.g. Visio)Skills that will help you in the role:Experience in financial services, project management or consultingData management experience in significant data programs and initiatives,
