With offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, New York, Pune & Singapore, managing over $10 trillion in AUM across geographies & asset classes and over 1,000 clients, TresVista delivers cost & operational efficiencies with dedicated teams across functions.Key Responsibilities:The Associate, Talent Acquisition, will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resources program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization.Team Management- Managing a team of Executives and Analysts while reporting to the AVP/Senior Associate- Collaborating with stakeholders and providing support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practicesCampus Branding- Developing a campus engagement plan to become the employer of choice at premiere campuses- Designing and developing the campus resourcing philosophy, policies, and processes- Strengthening campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes- Fostering strong relationships with institutes and implementing the hiring process across Tier 1 & 2 campuses- Advertising current open roles to online and offline alumni communities- Partnering with campus faculty and contacting placement coordinators and provide informative materials about the internship/final placement programs- Designing and place printing ads on college campuses- Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting employer brandingData Analysis & Reporting- Deploying HR Analytics to generate information and make informed talent decisions from campus- Generating various reports and analyzing trends for managements review- Reporting on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including the number of candidates interviewed and hiredProcesses & Strategy- Managing full life-cycle campus recruiting, including pre-placement talk, interviews, allocation, etc.- Administering all recruitment processes, preparing appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes- Coordinating and helping team in managing interviews, pre-placement talks, presentations, guest lectures, and any other campus initiatives- Maintaining knowledge on all market attributes and assisting departments in preparing long term recruitment strategies- Developing and supervising compliance with all budget for campus hiring and recruitment activitiesPrerequisites:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Eye for detail- Excellent command on Excel and PowerPoint- Maintaining confidentiality of information- Good time management and multi-tasking skills- Positive attitude and reliableExperience:- Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience- MBA in HR with 2+ years of relevant experienceEducation:Graduate/MBA preferredCompensation:The compensation structure will be as per industry standards,
