Build your career with us and apply today.Team: Custody Transition & Account Services (CTAS)Role: Associate ConsultantSummary - Custody Transition & Account Services (CTAS) is a central support group for both Wealth Management and C&IS client servicing teams with the capability to deliver an array of processing efficiencies, ensuring best practice and a consistent client experience. The group is responsible for delivering middle office services such as; Documentation support, Account Opening & Closing, Coding, Online and Statement setup, Asset Funding & Distributions, Gifting, Implementation/Rebalance of Investment Solution Products and Alternative Asset Support, Fee Setup, and other Ancillary services, facilitating communication and simplifying information flow between/among partners.The opening is with the group that caters to the Wealth Management clients of North America region. This group works with internal operations area and Compliance and Controls Teams to ensure that the team adheres to the KYC standards. The team is the single point of contact for account lifecycle maintenance/ asset distribution for Wealth Management clients.Job Description - The role represents an excellent opportunity to understand different type of Wealth Management Accounts with a strong focus on Client Confidentiality and Risk regulations which are the operating guidelines for success of the bank The role also encompasses communication with the Account Admins, Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Risk and Compliance Team This roles primary responsibility is to ensure that the parameters relating to Productivity, Completeness and Turnaround time are met, new assignments are assigned and reviews are completed within the SLD timeframe, ensure control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, queue management are adhered to Develops and evaluates solutions while planning and prioritizing client activities to manage relationships, effectively Ensures objectives are met within time and risk parameters by establishing team objectives and plans and adapting them as required in response to change or ambiguity Ensure adequate documentation is in place to initiate Clients asset transfers and enhancements of controls to minimise the scope of any adverse client and financial impactResponsibilities - To ensure new assignments are assigned and reviews are completed within the SLA timeframe. Develops and evaluates solutions while planning and prioritizing client activities to manage relationships, effectively To ensure that control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, queue management are adhered to Ensures daily SLA & Quality parameters are met. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis Desk reviews for the group needs to be completed as required & ensure regular email follow ups are done for timely submission Daily actions to be performed in adherence to procedural guidelines per SLA by effectively prioritizing based on defined criticalities & in adherence to all control parameters for self & cluster To equip own self and other partners with skillsets relating to the business To provide training to new partners in the process or cross-train partners from other teams To display willingness to apply discretionary effort to achieve organizational goals To actively work on identifying and implementing process improvements in consultation with the Supervisor To identify areas of concern within the team & work towards building improvements Ensure that all e-mail queries, phone queries and requests are responded and all reports are completed within agreed timelines to adhere to accuracy and required deadlines The role also encompasses communication with the Account Admins, Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Risk and Compliance Team Assisting the TL/SM to prepare/update the process documents/business presentations as per the review required &/or as directed Actively participate in UAT/training of system enhancement /changes as and when nominatedSkills/ Experience - Strong written and oral communication skills are required to disseminate information to team Seeks to develop own skills and capability, takes on others responsibilities/tasks as and when is necessary to ensure team outputs achieved Possesses good communication & analytical skills Attention to detail Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniors A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate A client focused approach Possesses working knowledge of MS Office Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors Demonstrates willingness to help and others outside team Takes care over tasks and demonstrates commitment to producing high quality work and to timeframes required Recognises problems and deals with them quickly and efficiently Organises own workload and establishes priorities Minimum of 24 months of experience as an Analyst/ Associate. Good interpersonal skills - The role will require clear and effective communication with colleagues at all levels from across the business locations. Time management - Essential to be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and workloads effectively Strong problem solving skills, detail and result oriented. Application Knowledge - A strong working knowledge on Trust Servicing, GAM-PAO and WCM will be an added advantage. Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel including SharePoint. Networking - The effective execution of this role requires collaboration with internal partners/ colleagues from across the business e.g. Middle Office, Front Office, other partner areas etc. within Northern.Working hours and Location - Flexibility to work in shifts and beyond stipulated working hours to enable the Team to complete deliverables within the agreed timelines and accuracy even during periods of peak volumes for the Business.Additional Information,
