We are dedicated to improving healthcare access for everyone and leaving the world better than we found it.To program manage the launch activities for a clinic launch with the city launch head and the central teams.Key responsibilities:- To program manage hiring, design training programs and plan for hiring replacements of the clinic staff as per requirements along with the central teams- To program manager procurement of medical equipment, infra requirements of the clinic along with the central teams- To program manage activation of software for the clinic to go live - To run the live clinics for 30 days and prepare it for handover.- To work with central marketing team, to ensure all the clinics live follow the branding guidelines - To work with the clinic owners, central finance team to set up invoicing payout processes and design audit and adherence programs- To play a critical role in building a launch playbook for prime plus partnerships- To ensure 100% compliance of launch SOP- sDesired Skill Set- Experience of 6-8 years in hospital operations, staffing etc.- Hustler, street smartness to get things done at pace.- An energetic leader who is willing to work under a fast paced and ambiguous environment. More like a start-up and willing to take multiple responsibilities if required. - Self-starter and proactive approach, details oriented and strive for result in every hour,
