* Duties and Responsibilities - Managing error-free & end-to-end Payroll process for all on roll employees in the organization. Ensuring accurate TDS and other statutory deductions from salary. Processing compensation related changes on account of promotions transfers salary revisions Company Car NPS etc. Managing activities like Employee Loan Fortnightly salary Money on call etc. Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders for processing various Incentives & one-time payouts. To ensure enrolments claims & requests under Company Car policy are managed effectively. Issuance of Form 12BB Form 16 and other tax related documentation to be managed for all employees. Managing National Pension Scheme for the organization - Employee PRAN generation enrolment payments etc. Responsible for resolution of queries related to payroll Investments & all other processes being managed. Monthly reconciliation of all one-time payouts & salary changes to ensure accurate payouts. Managing all Internal & external Audits related to the processes being managed. Monthly variance analysis of payroll & related costs. Ensuring timely release of all reports including any ad-hoc requests received. Monthly preparation of review presentation summarizing key metrics & activities managed by the team. Constantly working towards process improvement & automation to reduce SLA s. , * a) Qualifications MBA in HR or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills & a good team player Eye for detail, pro-active with a can-do attitude b) Work Experience Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands on experience in India payroll Exposure to SAP payroll will be an added advantage Involved in automation of processes, Project Management
