Job Description

Take active part in monthly inventory and yearly asset auditDeployment of security staff and cross verifying the final attendance towards monthly payrollConduct routine round/patrols and surveillance of high risk areas to prevent shrinkageConduct mock fire drills and evacuation drills in case of any emegencyEnsuring all Fire fighting equipments are in working condition with monthly inspection reportsVisit stores and perform fire & safety auditsProvide training to employees in regards to fire & safetyCoordinate and conduct internal investigation such as thefts, fraud and violation of process/policiesSupervise and keep vigil across all stores and report accordinglyTo attend general meeting with all managers so as to reslove issue highlighted and actively take part in operational needsTrain Lp staff on loss control and preventive measures Perform cash, stock and inventory audits.Able to review cctv footage and investigate incident of thefts, malpractice, shoplifting etcChecking of DSR along with sales cash depostion processMaintain all documentation in regards to all incident and loss prevention activities.
