Job Description

  • Senior SME: Digital & Corporate Systems - SME level support in monitoring and troubleshooting Digital & Corporate System Applications.
  • Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in Oracle Single Sign On (Oracle SSO) and Oracle DB. Miminum 2-3 yr of Experience in Oracle Single Sign On (Oracle SSO).
  • Good to have knowledge on Java.
  • Should be well versed with ITIL Process (Incident Managemnet, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Management)
  • SME support on effective handling of Digital & Corporate Systems Operational and people activities - including Incident Management, Problem Managemement, Change Management, Service Management and Resource Management.
  • Telecom BSS/OSS domain application support across Digital & Corporate System Applications.
