We are hiring for Indias Leading health Insurance Company for the post of AGENCY Manager to work across kolkataJob Title: agency managerDepartment: Agency Channel CTC: Upto 3.99 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Profile: - Experience in BFSI Sales (Minimum 1 year)Job DescriptionIn this role, the AM will be responsible for finding people interested in becoming Insurance Agents and getting them qualified to sell Insurance policies. AM will also be expected to help them in selling policies by joint field working and operations support. For this purpose, AM will be trained intensely by the company.Key responsibilities: (For Agency Channel)1. Achievement of Business Target as allocated to the Life Insurance Salesperson.2. To ensure quality advisors being recruited and developed.3. Meeting the prospects and conversions of the same within a defined timeframe.4.Ability to understand and use the automated Apps and other modules of General insurance for efficient processing of cases. 5. Ability to understand Insurance / financial products for conversational purposes and master Life Insurance products for execution v/s competition.6. To expand our reach to untapped customers.Main Accountability1. To grow the Advisor base Perpetually.2. To regularly hold a meeting with the branch manager for training advisors on various fronts.3. To work as a coach for the team of Advisors.4. To Make visits to generate leads for sales daily & follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully.5.
