    Agency Development Manager (Life Insurance Field Sales Direct Channel)Position: Agency Development ManagerChannel: Life Insurance Field Sales DirectAge Range: 25 to 40 YearsMaximum Salary: 4 LPAMinimum Experience: 1 yearLocations: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Maharashtra (Pune, Nagpur), UP (Lucknow, Varanasi), Punjab (Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Patiala), Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Anand)Qualification: GraduationJob Purpose:To manage and develop a team of agents, ensuring their licensing, productivity, and performance in driving both new and renewal business within the life insurance sector.Key Responsibilities:
    • Agent Licensing and Team Building: Ensure agents are properly licensed and actively build and develop your own team of agents.
    • Productivity Management: Drive productivity for both new and existing agents to maximize performance and business outcomes.
    • Sales Promotion: Implement and oversee sales promotion activities for the Preferred Financial Advisors (PFAs) to boost performance.
    • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to PFAs to help them deliver need-based solutions to customers.
    • Business Delivery: Ensure the generation of new business and renewal business through the performance of new and existing agents.
    • Reporting and MIS: Maintain daily business reporting, including sales calls (LMS), and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the life insurance or financial services industry.
    • Education: Graduation required.
    • Location Flexibility: Must be willing to work in the specified locations.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of agents.
    • Sales and Productivity: Proven track record in driving sales performance and productivity.
    • Coaching Ability: Skilled in coaching and mentoring agents to achieve their best performance.
    • Reporting Skills: Competence in maintaining accurate business reports and MIS.
