What You Will DO Perform Day to Day Accounting in NetSuite/Deskera Must have knowledge of FIRC regularization & RBI compliance. Must have handled Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, PF, PT etc.. Departments Notices/Assessments Fixed Assets Register & Assets Verification must have handled. Should have experience in GST Compliances, filling Returns, Refunds. Must have experience of Audit Compliances & Secretarial Compliance Knowledge of Import Payments. Must have knowledge of Account Payables, Receivables & General Ledger accounting principles. Co-ordinating with Vendors to ensure accurate and timely submission invoices & manage payments cycles. Strong Knowledge of Vendor Bills accounting, Verification of Invoices, TDS & GST principles. Sound Knowledge of all Journal Entries accounting & reconciliation. Coordinate with Bankers & Various departments for submission of documents & Compliance. Co-ordinating with Employees to ensure accurate and timely submission of Expense Reimbursements. Should have experience in Aging Report, Payment Entries. Maintain Credit card expenses & Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis. Ensure Month/Year End Closing will be completed accurately on timely basis & Assist in Audit. Knowledge of TDS & GST Monthly/Quarterly/Annual compliances. Knowledge of STPI Monthly/Quarterly/Annual compliances - Softex, MPR, QPR & APR. Must have knowledge of Bookkeeping and Maintain Records in systematic manner including filing of documents in a systematic manner. Perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
