• To ensure Branch is profitable and all compliance and statutory requirements are met.
2:Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:
• Branch Revenue and Profitability:
Incumbent need to ensure he achieves the branch Profits and increase penetration byachieving revenue targets.
• Branch Compliance:
Ensure branch compliance and branch statutory requirements with company andindustry policies and procedures.
• Branch Engagement and Marketing activities:
Increase the penetration and Customer footfall at branch level by doing various localmarketing activities. Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
• Branch Service Levels:
Customer service at branch level must be ensured. Maintain fruitful relationships withcurrent customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
• Lesioning with local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies:
Having good connect with various local stakeholders and network, for smoothing ofdaily routine operational job.
