- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies in accordance with legal and company standards.- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.- Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement.- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain accurate records of safety-related activities.
