Job Description

    We have an urgent opening with leading life insurance companies in the Banca vertical.Job Position -Territory Manager Banca | Life InsuranceHere are the key responsibilities:
    • Drive Insurance Business: Lead and drive insurance sales through the Banca (Bancassurance) channel.
    • Branch Management: Effectively manage bank branches affiliated with channel partners to optimize operations and business outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Interaction: Daily interaction with cluster heads and bank staff to oversee operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Support RM Performance: Provide guidance and support to Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of persistency and productivity.
    • Recruitment and Training: Ensure quality recruitment within the designated territory and conduct training sessions at bank branches. Make high-net-worth insurance calls and conduct regular reviews with Sales Managers and Branch Managers for performance improvement.
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain various Management Information Systems (MIS) for monitoring sales, contests, and training initiatives for both channel partners and internal teams.
    • Issue Resolution and Support: Offer guidance to channel partners employees and internal team RMs for submissions, issuance, and issue resolution.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Cluster Heads to assess business performance and drive productivity.
    • Sales Management: Monitor case sizes and product mix to ensure persistency and achievement of sales targets for both team and individual contributors.
    • HR Coordination: Coordinate with HR for recruitment plans and ensure RMs meet career advancement targets.
    • Process Adherence: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales processes rigorously, taking corrective actions when necessary.
    • Business Targets: Achieve New Business (NB) premium targets, activate RMs effectively, and maintain a healthy product mix to optimize revenue generation.
