Job Description

bJob Summary: The HR and Administration Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes as well as manage the administrative functions of the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by aligning HR strategies with business goals and maintaining a productive, organized workplace. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Administration:
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure the timely renewal and compliance of all administrative contracts and agreements.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are in place and adhered to.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
