Site Engineer (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Description

Qualifications :• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering• 4 years of relevant experience• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials• Excellent problem- solving and communication skillsWorking conditions :• Primarily on construction sites• Full-time, with potential for extended hoursYour duties and responsibilities as a Site Engineer will include :• Execute the directions and orders given by the management• Prepare the day to day / weekly and monthly work plans• Prepare the Daily Productivity Report (DPR)• Labours/vendors/contractors attendance and moving register management• Execute the works assignment on time through the labours/team• Petty cash and quick material arrangement at the site to avoid the stoppage of works• Execute the labours/staff time management• Check the labours/contractors/vendors in and out register and movement register• Responsible to prompt execution of warehouse/stock management• Report the issues/problems,complaints and grievances from the site/customer/contractor/vendor/supplier,etc if any• Maximum utilize the labour source and assign the division of jobs ideally to perform and get the maximum output• To communicate with the customer when ever they put up/requests/demand/order the requirements/alterations/directions to you or to the workforce team(labours/contractors/vendors/suppliers,or any other,report those matters to the management and never give assurance or YES or NO to such directions/requests from the customer and avoid to give directions by anybody other than you .Such incurred losses are liable to be compensated from your end•Preferred candidates :• Experienced in residential construction- both structural and finishing works• Preference given to near by candidatesJob Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthSchedule:• Day shiftSupplemental pay types:• Overtime pay• Performance bonusEducation:• Diploma (Required)Experience:• total work: 4 years (Preferred)Shift availability:• Day Shift (Required)Willingness to travel:• 75% (Preferred)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 05/08/2024 Expected Start Date: 01/08/2024
