Job Description

    Position: Field Recruiter Location: Kerala Salary Range: 30,000 to 35000 per month Industry: Logistics and E-commerce Job Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Field Recruiter to join our team in Kerala. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions such as Pickers, Packers, Field Executives, and Riders. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through field visits, local advertising, community outreach, and networking in the region. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing recruitment needs. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability for the roles of Picker, Packer, Field Executive, and Rider. Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Onboarding & Documentation: Assist in the onboarding process by collecting and verifying necessary documentation. Ensure all new hires are adequately briefed on company policies, job expectations, and safety guidelines. Field Recruitment: Travel to various locations within Kerala to meet with candidates, conduct interviews, and promote job openings. Engage with local communities and employment offices to build relationships and attract potential candidates. Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular updates to the HR team and management on recruitment progress. Maintain accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activities. Qualifications:Education: A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field recruitment, especially in logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry. Proven track record of successfully hiring for blue-collar positions such as Pickers, Packers, Field Executives, and Riders. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously. Familiarity with the local labor market in Kerala. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools. Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala for recruitment drives. A valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
