1. Execution planning of the Feeder Service Area (FSA) as per theprovided network plan2. Carry out surveys to verify the provided network plan and prepare andrelease the network design for the new areas identified by the business3. Facilitate RoW permissions by preparing area/location maps andfollow-up regularly with the designated team4. Create and release the in-building design for large MDUs that do notget covered in the standard template5. Vendors management for timely execution of the construction processincluding fibre laying with zero errors6. Ensure customer and building acquisition as per planned targets7. Managing Home Connect technicians for installation at customerpremises and providing post installation Home Care services as per thedefined SLA8. Conduct periodic audits/ reviews by visits to customer premises andprovide quick resolutions to issues and escalations9. Promote the JioFiber brand through local marketing & promotions asper the guidelines10. Ensure material availability, issuance and safekeeping at all timesby coordinating with respective stakeholders, 1. Planning, organizing & Leadership skills2. Familiarity with locality/area with liaising skills (especiallydealing with local government authorities)3. Ownership with a drive to excel4. Assertiveness & good communication skills5.
