Ensure highly reliable and error free services for all products SDH, DWDM, CWDM, ASON,OTN, & Remote fibre management (RFMS) thru 24x7 network alarm monitoring & reporting faults to field/Ops/Partner & internal teams for resolution.1. Ensure highly reliable and error free network monitoring for all TX. Products.CEN NW , SDH , DWDM , OTN and ASON knowledge .Ensure Reporting of N/W faults to fields teams within 8 minutes or SLA , from occurrence of fault.Ensure rectification of all Tx backbone N/W faults with in SLA with Customers & O&M teams2. Ensure high customer satisfaction index for Data.Timely Tx backbone incidents resolution and meet MTTR as per SLA3. Tx network unplanned Incident Management.Ensure diagnosis of the backbone incident within 30 minutes or SLACo-ordination with field teams for restoration of faults.Vendor s Action plan implementation for Tx. N/W failure restoration.Detection / management / restoration of catastrophic failures.Service restoration by rerouting of traffic in case of network failures.Problem management for Tx backbone network.4. Manage and develop team. Ensure training to new joinees.Provide updates to team about the latest technology tools and performance measures to ensure continuous service improvementsPromote a culture a proactive approach and ownership among the engineers.Knowledge sharing, best practices and replication .Ensure team building and skills development.,
