Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in operations or customer service in the insurance industry or related field
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
