Job Description

Roles:

  • Responsible for the overall target / budget of the office.
  • Responsible to drive / monitor all the channels like Agency, Banca, Direct Marketing, HPCL, Operations etc.
  • Interaction / Meeting with Bank officials, Top Agents & Dealer points.
  • Need to monitor / mentor the team members (IMD s).
  • Training to team members (IMD s).
  • Relationship Management.
  • Identifying and recruiting potential agents, recruiting and training the agents / advisors and improving their productivity.
  • Drive them to generate business; follow up is critical requirement.
  • Top line & Bottom line target achievement.
  • Handling of existing set of agent.
  • Coordinating with the Bank branches assigned.
  • Handling Policy issuance and provide claims support.
