Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for planning business development leading to the growth of the center(s) with the aim ofprofitability and achieve revenue and collection targets. Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly or monthly sales targets for the respective centersassigned to them. Responsible for managing daily operations of branch office to meet business and servicing goals. Responsible for Market Growth by identifying new coaching centers, arranging meetings with themand converting them as Feeders leading to generating the business for IIFM/ PRATHAM. Responsible for maintaining cordial relationship with existing as well as new Feeders. Responsible for generating Walk-ins by ensuring regular follow-ups of prospective student(s). Responsible for counseling students/parents and give them the right career options for courses. Responsible for generating the interest towards education opportunities offered by IIFM /PRATHAM. Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue and develop positive workenvironment for team members, as per the role offered. Responsible for home counseling for the centre/region. Compiling and Analyzing Market information so as to develop future strategies for the Company Responsible of managing regular MIS to provide insights to management and improve performance ofself and subordinates.
