We are a professionally managed company with a head office based at Noida and having regional offices in Chandigarh, Mumbai, Chennai & warehouses in Bhiwandi, Zirakpur (Pb.) Ludhiana (Pb.), Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) along with strong dealer network across the nation. Our manufacturing unit is at H-48, Site-5, Industrial Area, Surajpur, Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). We are engaged in the industry as a distinguished manufacturer/supplier dealing, in a number of products like, Mineral Fibre Board, Tee Grid Suspension System, Metal Ceiling / Aluminium Ceiling, Soft Fibre Ceiling, Wall paneling( fabric Wool / Glass Wool ),and wooden paneling (Slats),G I Frame/partition & ceilings.Skills:

  • Candidate having experience of projects in Turn Key will be pre erred.
  • Candidates working in the organization of Interior Design &Architects Firm shall be preferred.
  • Candidate should have in depth knowledge of materials, cost& sourcing.
  • Should have worked as independent Site supervisor.
  • Should take the ownership of project & should have ability to complete the project as per clients requirement in conformity with the time schedule; cost& agreement conditions.
  • Should have the ability to take full responsibility of the project implement at on execution& complete satisfaction of clients.
Experience:Should have extensively worked on interior design projects of commercial nature.Should have experience in all aspects Interior Projects including Civil,Interior designingFalse Ceiling,Acoustic System, Wall paneling, Mineral Fiber Board, Metal ceiling, Aluminium ceiling, Wooden paneling, Frame & partition ceiling.Job Role:
  • Understand clients needs and the needs of the people using the building to develop design concepts and establish final briefs
  • Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiate project fees
  • Conduct feasibility studies for projects
  • Research and gather information and photographs related to the project
  • Survey buildings
  • Coordinating with workers
  • Supervise work at the design stage and on-site
  • Work closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects,with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space,and with manufacturers and contractors
  • Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.
