Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer needs for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self starter. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Practical experience using the Internet. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year marketing experience., Global Product Marketing is responsible for the messaging and position of Oracle s market-leading offerings Cloud Solutions (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), Hardware Systems, and Industry Solutions. In this capacity the Product Marketing teams are responsible for producing the core set of content and tools used by our global Sales Force to attract, engage, and convert prospects to customers. Within Product Marketing, the PM Centers of Excellence (PM-CoEs) team Delivers a set of scalable, high value-add marketing shared services at a significantly reduced cost and with greater consistency. Digital Innovation Lab is a center of excellence within the India-based Marketing Shared Services that specializes in Content Production.The scope of our work primarily includes (but is not limited to):

• creating persuasive content and communication and converting ideas to compelling stories
• contributing to the global marketing strategy and messaging framework
• elevating the visual IQ of our marketing and sales assets
• managing & enforcing necessary guidelines, templates, standards across the entire bill of material
• evolving our current set of static-analog assets to dynamic-digital

POSITION DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a UI / Web Developer to join our Content Production Team and help create engaging digital experiences for our users. The ideal candidate is a technical person who can write code while being mindful of design, usability and attention to detail. S/he should have strong understanding of conceptual / real-world user experiences for mobile, desktop and web, and should be able to deliver outputs independently from wireframe to prototype to the final digital asset.This role will require collaborating with different product marketers and industry experts, to produce digital assets used mostly by Oracle sellers. The position requires excellent English communication skills, both written and oral to work collaboratively within a cross-skilled, globally distributed team. Although a day shift position, the candidate must have the flexibility to work evenings as required. The team operates in a highly collaborative model, taking full advantage of Oracle s global web conferencing capabilities. Acute attention to detail is a must. Thus, quality-oriented individuals with excellent project and time management skills will excel.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create/replicate digital assets (responsive web pages, apps, etc.) as per wireframes, prototypes and UI specifications based on Oracle brand guidelines
• Maintain and update digital assets in an on-going basis, on-time and with zero errors
• Create layouts and designs of emails, banners, digital ads, landing pages, digital campaign, and more, based on Oracle brand guidelines
• Ability to receive constructive feedback from teammates, supervisor(s) and internal clients with an utmost professional manner
• Collaborate effectively with development leads, product managers & content production / management team members
• Remain flexible with design changes and creative direction if/when modified by clients, producer or Creative Director

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2-5 Years of industry experience in web design and development
• Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of HTML including HTML5 and CSS3, Java script (its quirks, and workarounds)
• Possess a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator (or equivalent) preferred
• A portfolio or selection of work samples demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-departmental teams

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

• Knowledge of content management would be an added advantage
• Proven experience developing for a broad set of platforms including web, desktop and mobile (both Android and iPhone)
• Keen eye for clean UI implementation and knowledge of UI design best practices
• Working knowledge of both MAC and PC platforms
• Exceptional English communication and organizational skills
• High regard for PROCESSES and delivering QUALITY results
• Thoroughness and a sharp eye for details; ability to self-QA and QA work of others
• Ability to work collaboratively building consensus, working effectively within a cross-skilled, globally distributed team
