Delivers New Hire Training and follow-up trainings , Customer Workshops and Trainings on 5G, Long Term Evolution (LTE) 4G Core PCRF,DSR , Signaling Transfer Point (STP) , Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (SBC) , Cloud Native Environment (CNE) , Common Services Prometheus , Grafana , Kibana , SAAS , IAAS , NFV/Cloud Technologies . Prepare employees to accomplish job requirements, produce results, and provide an excellent network and customer support by designing and delivering training.Essential Duties of Position:Design, develop, and deliver training programs by identifying learning objectives and selecting appropriate instructional methodologies and delivery methods. Designs and updates Progress Checks, tests, and reviews. Designs exercises including practical scenarios and hands-on practical skills-based labs. Writes instructional objectives. Outlines course structure. Selects instructional methods. Applies Principles of Adult Learning. Creates lesson plans, handouts, PowerPoint presentations and job aids in conjunction with vendor pre-created content. Designs web-based Training as applicable. Sets up classrooms and arranges field trips as well as guest Instructors where appropriate. Identifies training and development needs by analyzing job requirements, current systems, new products, new technologies, and current training programs..Administers individual training records, including attendance and Progress Check/Test scores. Monitors, evaluates, grades, and communicates trainee Progress Reports to the trainees as well as the appropriate manager.Maintains high level of knowledge, skill, and is a subject matter expert of company networks, 5G Core , LTE 4G , PCRF, DSR, Cloud Native Environment , Signaling Transfer Point (STP) , IMS / Session Border Controller (SBC) , Cloud Platforms and NFV/SDN , IAAS and PAAS Platforms. Maximize effectiveness by researching training methodologies, learning tools and practices. Years of Experience required to meet minimum qualificationsB.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Electrical with 8-12 Years of Experience in Telecom/IT Domain.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working on Services Costing, Services effort Estimation when no planned trainings
  • Open to offload team mates and colleagues when no planned trainings i.e. Open to learning new stuff.
  • Ready to work in different time zone based on requirements.
  • Flexible with travel. Travel (up to 70%) is an integral part of this job.
KEY SKILLS:
  • Expertise and experience on 4G Core including SBC, IMS Core, DRA/DEA, PCRF, STP/SS7
  • Ability to explain 5G Core: Architecture and NFs including SCP, BSF, SEPP, NEF, NRF, NSSF, UDSF, UDR and PCF.
  • Drive the request where Customer asks for Training with Live Demo.
  • Creating the content as per the Audience.
  • Experience in Architecture and Solution design for customer engagements for 4G/5G Core.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and oral a must. Ability to be aware of others reactions and adjust in relation to actions of others.
  • Proven teamwork skills and positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to explain complex product and system or network information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines under time constraints, and in an environment with changing priorities and goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, network maintenance, computer, and office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
