Job Description

    We are Hiring !!!Job Title: Tele Sales Officer Outbound Sales (International Process)Location: Noida Sector 2, Uttar PradeshExperience: Minimum 6 MonthsAs an Outbound Sales Telecaller in the Telecom Industry, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and convincing them to purchase our telecom products or services. You will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.Responsibilities:
    • Making outbound calls to potential customers and pitching our telecom products or services.
    • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
    • Maintaining a database of potential customers and their contact information.
    • Following up with customers who have shown interest in our telecom products or services.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
    • Handling customer queries and complaints related to telecom products or services promptly and professionally.
    • Meeting daily/weekly calls and talk time quotas.
    • Updating customer information in the database and keeping accurate records.
    • Staying up-to-date on the latest telecom industry trends, products, and services.
    • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as an outbound sales telecaller in the telecom industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of telecom products, services, and industry trends.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Fluent in English and another language, depending on the market being targeted.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
